St John's College, Woodlawn The role of the College Youth Minister is to promote opportunities consistent with a Gospel way of life; Evangelisation, Discipleship and Witness.
The successful applicant will be expected to minister to youth in accordance with the Youth Ministry Procedures.
_______________________________________________________ College Youth Minister Part-time temporary position for the 2025 school year ______________________________________________________ An exciting opportunity to contribute to a new model as youth Ministry is re-envisioned in Catholic schools in the Diocese of Lismore.
Work requirements:  hold a valid clearance to work with children (NSW Working with Children Check) have a minimum of 12 months experience working in youth ministry since graduating from high school.
understanding and adherence to protocols and policies established by the Australian Catholic National Committee for Professional Standards Qualifications: Higher School Certificate Training will be provided through the Certificate IV Leadership and Management course at John Henry Institute.
Enrolment and active engagement in this course is a condition of appointment Time will be allocated for the completion of coursework during work hours Applications: Application letters should address the key capabilities listed in the Position Description.
Applications should include a personal resume including details of any youth ministry experience, general parish ministry experience and one professional referee.
Parish Preist reference is  required from shortlisted candidates who have been invited to interview.
