Rivermount College is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and suitably skilled individual to join our team. As the Administration Assistant for Sport, Outdoor Education and International Exchange you will work under the direction of the relevant program Directors to provide administrative support for the College's sport, outdoor education and international exchange programs. The role requires a high level of interpersonal skill and the application of initiative and judgement by reference to College policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities The role will:
Support program Directors on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks including data entry, record keeping, scheduling and venue bookings.Communicate and correspond with teachers, coaches, referees, families and external parties to facilitate the smooth operation of College programs.Answer general enquiries where appropriate and be familiar with College practices and procedures, in particular risk assessment documentation.Order equipment and program resources as per College procedure.Communicate and collaborate regularly as part of a broader College Administration team.To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate: Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation. Previous school setting experience is desirable. Highly proficient ICT skills across several platforms; including Microsoft Office applications. Hold a current Working with Children Check prior to commencement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and use initiative.Able to cope with the demands of a busy office and manage competing priorities effectively.Ability to contribute to a cooperative and harmonious team environment.A willingness to work within the College's Christian ethos and actively support the values and philosophy of the College.Be prepared to receive advice and direction.Demonstrated ability to build and foster positive working relationships with other staff and within the College community.
