About the role Applications are sought for the part-time ongoing (0.40 FTE) Education Support Employee position of College Accounts Payable Assistant to commence on 22 January 2025.

They will do so by managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
This role involves handling inquiries from suppliers, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring that all procedures align with financial policies.
The College Accounts Payable Assistant is under the direction of the Director of Finance and reports directly to the Assistant Business Manager.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The major areas of responsibility of the College Accounts Payable Assistant include but are not limited to: collection and collation of creditor data communication with Suppliers regarding invoice queries validating supplier invoices and Inputting invoices into the system performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.
SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $61,853.00 - 71,032.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
