Job Description THE ROLE
Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for later stage accounts Contacting customers – via telephone, emails & SMS Maintaining customer payment records Skip tracing & utilising skip tools to locate customers Liaising with our internal & external legal team to manage the legal collections process Liaising with our third-party field call service to proactively seek outcome on accounts Complete ad hoc tasks as required Qualifications THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…
