Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing accounts and collections? A leading provider of subscription motorcycles for food delivery riders, is looking for an Accounts & Collections Specialist to join our team and help streamline our processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and reduce missed direct debit payments.

- Chase customers and third parties for damages and overdue payments.

- Administer toll charges and ensure timely collection.

- Implement and improve systems to reduce accounts receivable levels.

- Collaborate with our team to optimize current processes for greater efficiency.

**Key Requirements:**

- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.

- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relations.

- Ability to identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement them effectively.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
