We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about assisting others and solving problems.
This is a full-time permanent position, with an expected commencement date of 11th March, where you would be provided with comprehensive training over a 4-week period.
Training will be provided on site in our Mitcham office and is designed to ensure that you are fully equipped to assist our customers confidently.
Following the training period, work from home flexibility will be offered in a hybrid model whilst working a rotational roster between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The role: Our Collections Officers provide exceptional customer service to our customers via both inbound and outbound calls and email, primarily assisting customers with outstanding amounts and working with them on a range of solutions.
We're really focused on building trust and rapport with our customers and are committed to tailoring our solutions to meet everyone's needs.
About you:
Passionate about customer service and love talking to people from all walks of life in a professional capacity.
Enjoys the opportunity to solve problems – previous experience in debt recovery.
Values the connection with the customer and showing empathy to their personal circumstance and sensitivity to hardship.
Thrives on accuracy and keeping customer records up to date.
Able to adapt, show resilience and work proactively.
Ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences in verbal and written form.
Tech savvy and able to use multiple software platforms simultaneously.
What we offer:
Starting salary is $58,197.36 plus 12% superannuation.
Salary increases occur annually, in addition to an annual increment based on performance.
Work from Home Allowance of $650 upon successful completion of training.
