About the roleManagement of accounts within the debtors system to ensure that any falling beyond acceptable payment terms are promptly contacted and any in arrears and cleared as effectively as possibleCreating statements of outstanding invoices as requiredDealing with all correspondence via phone, email and mail effectivelyBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with all ClientsWorking as part of a team to ensure success in the collection of payments while working working within internal policies and government legislationAbout youRelevant certificate/diploma in Accounting/Finance or something similarPrevious experience in a collection/receivable type roleMust be proficient in ExcelMust be confident and clear while speaking with clientsStrong negotiation skillsCustomer service focussedHow to Apply
