Randstad is taking expressions of interest for multiple debt collection officers. Working in a call centre environment, you will receive and make a high volume of calls relating to the collection of unrecovered debts.
We are currently looking for candidates for our talent pool to be available to provide high customer service. Assignments may commence in early 2025 and vary in lengths.
Key duties:
Proactively supporting clients to recover debts
Use judgment to make effective assessments and decisions
Negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts
Provide excellent service at all times in line with procedures
Skills/experience required:
Previous recoveries/collections experience highly advantageous
Previous experience in a high volume contact centre environment, with an ability to adhere to KPIs.
Proven experience dealing with difficult conversations, with strong negotiation skills
High levels of resilience
Able to work on rotating shifts Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Can undergo a criminal history check to be successful for the role
