AIG Insurance offers a broad range of products to customers through a diversified, multichannel distribution network.What you need to know:Collection management corresponding to the assigned accounts, broker and agent portfolio.Provide customer service, resolve situations presented by producers, insured and internal clients, related to premium payments, such as attention to unrecognized charges, duplicate charges, resolve invoicing issues and other collection questions.Elaborate a monthly cash for premium receivables.Reconciliation and administration of special accounts.Collaborate in Collections projects.Perform prior cancellations of policies outside the agreement.Analyze and oversee the proper register of all payment transactions for assigned accounts/agents.Generate manual invoices for managed accounts or for system incidents.Prepare reports corresponding to the assigned portfolio.Identify deposits in the concentrator accounts for their entry and application.Monitor and apply stand-alone cash.Perform general ledger account analysis.Process Cancellation and Reinstallation notices.Communicate and train Producers and Distribution teammates.File and organize Collections department information as required.Support Financial internal and external audits.Back up and support other Collection team members in matters related to collections area.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study.At least 1 year experience in the insurance industry.Negotiation skills.Proactive, resilient.Customer service.Productivity improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills and detail-oriented.Excellent teamwork skills.Conflict management skills.Language skill: Basic or intermediate English.Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products, especially Excel (a must) and Word.A look at our benefits:At AIG, we have a 100-year legacy of working to make the world a better place.
