We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Technician to join a leading global company specialising in mineral processing solutions to support the maintenance, installation, and repair of crushers and vibrating screens at customer sites. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of crushing and screening equipment, delivering exceptional service to our customers in the mining, construction, and aggregate industries.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the key point of contact for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support for crushers, vibrating screens, and related equipment. This role is based in Henerson WA with frequent site travel, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and maintain crushers, vibrating screens, and associated equipment.Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in crushers and vibrating screens, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.Perform equipment audits, document findings, and suggest improvements to optimize performance and minimise downtime.Ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and recommendations.Provide technical support, including training on proper equipment operation and safety procedures.What Will You Need?
