The Role
Within the large sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Bundaberg, QLD, the Facility Manager is responsible for guiding the team and overseeing the daily operations of the facility to ensure its continued success, while fostering a positive environment where staff are passionate about their work and residents feel truly at home.
Responsibilities

Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth Key Candidate Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders You're a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for aged care Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Benefits
