About the role: Due to growth, we are looking for a Field Team Leader to join our business working with our client partner Coles. As the Team Leader, your role is pivotal in driving and ensuring first-class execution of client plans with the Sales and Merchandising teams. Therefore, your role will largely focus on coaching & training, driving sales, and managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers in the Grocery, Mass & Convenience chains.
We are ideally looking for a collaborative leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. If you have been a Sales Executive or Merchandiser and are looking for a step up in your career, this role could also be for you.
Benefits: An attractive total salary package of $70,000- $75,000 (including superannuation and car allowance) is on offer. Autonomous role with comprehensive training and support. About You: Previous experience in people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing is preferred. Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance. Strong time and priority management skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel. Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across all of NSW and ACT. Car and valid driver's license. Are you ready for a new challenge?
