What you'll be doing Reporting to the Head of Data Intelligence and Measurement, you'll guide and develop your team, helping them upskill in technical areas, solve bottlenecks proactively, and take ownership of their work, enhancing productivity and driving their career development.
You'll also: Own fulfillment of all reporting for Coles 360 Develop and productionise new reports to meet needs of the business Find ways to increase productivity through automation and process improvements Manage existing and new data feeds into reporting platforms Own campaign history and benchmarking datasets Consistently find new ways to embed reporting analytics into the business.
About You And Your Skills You are an experienced Analytics Manager or Reporting & Analytics Manager with 5+ years' experience of developing reporting products, analytics, data visualisations and information sharing with clients and/or cross-functional stakeholders.
Ideally coming from a retail or an online publishing background, you'll have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and organised mindset, to balance priorities and manage workflows effectively.
You'll also have: Knowledge of advertising measurement methods and technologies Proven experience translating complex and/or technical concepts to make them accessible.
Ability to understand, interpret and integrate other business and customer data (e.g.sales) Proven experience in ETL converting data into useable formats for reporting Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL and data modeling Data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query) Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
