About the Role The Coles Supermarket Online Department helps get our online grocery orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans. Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you'll have full accountability for the afternoon and evening running of the online department. You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
