About The Role As the Online Content Coordinator for Coles Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the content briefing process for our CFCs (Coles Fulfillment Centres).
This position focuses on delivering the Customer Trade Plan across both web and app platforms, enhancing user engagement and driving conversions.
You will be responsible for creating and editing compelling content for landing pages, email campaigns, product pages, and digital hubs.
Collaboration with the CRO Specialist will allow you to test various copy and messaging strategies, ensuring all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with user insights.
Your expertise in crafting engaging, conversion-oriented CTAs, headlines, and descriptions will resonate with our target audiences.
In addition, you will work closely with Marketing Managers to develop content that supports both paid and organic campaigns, ensuring all content briefs are delivered on time and adhere to business guidelines.
Supporting the Online Content Manager, you will facilitate coordination across the Online Trade, Marketing, and Design teams, build and manage the content author workflow, and oversee the content approval process.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who can embed content processes into the broader business Trade Planning rhythm, driving the success of our online initiatives.
About You And Your Skills 2+ years' experience as a content producer or similar role 2 + year's experience working with a CMS (AEM preferable) 1+ years working on Analytical tools e.g.
Adobe or Google Analytics Experience working to deadlines using project management tools e.g.
