Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity to join the team as our full-time Kitchen Cold Larder Chef De Partie (Banquets)! QualificationsWe are seeking an exceptional full-time Kitchen Cold Larder Chef De Partie (Banquets) Must have several years of experience working in a high-volume 5-star Luxury Hotel Club food offering, including open buffet; plated lunch & dinner and high-end wedding plated food operations.Responsible for ordering and executing daily mise en place.Demonstrated ability in creating healthy salads, sandwiches, dressings, hors d'oeuvres, vinaigrette, and garnishes.Previous experience preparing high-end Black Tie canapés alongside Sous-Chef and Executive Chef.A team player with good communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Passion for food and quality products and ingredients.Skilled in using commercial-grade kitchen equipment.Supervision and preparation of all baked goods, pastries, and desserts in accordance with established recipes.Maintain high levels of communication between Sous-Chefs and Chef de Parties at all times, in particular ensuring special messages/requests are dealt with promptly.Operate in accordance to HACCP standards at all times.Full Australian Work Rights are required.38 Hours weekly rotating roster, hourly pay rate per Restaurant Industry Award.Additional InformationJoining our team will unlock generous local, national & international industry benefits on accommodation, dining, travel, wellbeing & more from Day 1.
