The Role
We're looking for an experienced Test Lead to work independently in a program for one of the leading Energy Utility Companies in Adelaide, Australia. As a Test Lead, you will play a critical role in program test leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of testing initiatives within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong working experience of interface testing and data migration. Strong client stakeholder management, requirement gathering, scope analysis, and production deployments. Ability to report clear status to customers, different stakeholders/vendors, track metrics, and report to management and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently with challenging project timelines and project stakeholders to gather all requirements to perform day-to-day work. Completely manage all testing cycles end to end starting from preparation, readiness, execution control, and closure. Ability to understand project details, timelines, architectural diagrams, complexities, and develop test strategy and test cases using customer SDLC process. Ability to assess and identify improvement areas in existing processes and recommend continuous improvement solutions. Expertise in creating queries to pull reports directly from test management and customize them for project needs. Good communication and management skills (including defect triaging) to collaborate with multi-vendor teams and customer stakeholders to build and socialize improvement recommendations. Problem-solving skills in both technical and management challenges. Required Capabilities and Experience:
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA SAP EWM modules like Warehouse execution, Exception management, Logistic Management, Inbound/Outbound Process, and Storage Operations. Strong experience in using Test Management tools such as Azure DevOps and HPALM for structuring the tests and creating automatic reports/dashboards. Experience working or leading testing projects in SDLC Agile and waterfall methodology. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:
Should have worked in the Energy and Utilities Sector. Should have at least 5 to 10 years of work experience in SAP EWM. Date of posting: 18/12/2024
