Job variety and professional development is guaranteed with Educators having responsibility for coding audits, training units, education development and projects as they arise.Responsibilities:Conduct coding audits across all 20 specialties to ensure accuracy and optimal fundingSupport trainee coders and provide ongoing education for the coding teamDiverse and challenging casemix including NICU and ICUWork closely with the Clinical Documentation Improvement teamInvolvement in data integrity audits and reporting of HIS KPIs and statisticsCommitment to upskill the successful candidateSupported by a friendly team of Coding Educators and a Senior Clinical CoderWalking distance from Hoppers Crossing and Heidelberg train stationsWhat you'll bring:You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
