We'd love to chat to see how we can support this!Some of your key responsibilities will include:Execute audits, assist in the development of the audit program, and assess risk controls and audit report writing.Lead Medibank staff in understanding key issues of clinical coding/DRG and other contracting issues and their impact on business outcomes and effectiveness.Guide Providers to resolve clinical coding / DRG and other claiming disparities.Provide support to team members in meeting the priorities within Payment Integrity.About you:You will have a Bachelor's qualification in Health Information Management and professional certification in Clinical Coding Auditing.This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, exceptional report-writing abilities, and strong organisational capabilities to manage travel and expenses efficiently.You are highly organised and have a strong attention to detail.
