This role is classified as Content & Platform Support Level 5 ($104,088-$122,966) under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework. The role
Reporting into the Head of Codes and Guidelines in this role you'll:
Shape media policy: Help develop and maintain SBS's editorial and commercial standards in a rapidly changing industry.Be a trusted advisor: Provide expert guidance to SBS's editorial and commercial teams on compliance with regulatory, editorial and commercial standards.Lead training: Develop and deliver impactful training to ensure compliance across the business.Conduct research: Prepare research on industry tends and policy developments to adapt and future-proof SBS's Code of Practice and commercial guidelines.About you With at least 5 years of experience in media policy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, you'll be part of a small, dedicated team that helps SBS continue to set the highest standards of editorial independence and integrity.
