The Role
The Leading Hand is responsible for providing guidance to the workshop team and following processes/procedure as directed by your Supervisor.

About You
This role would suit a coded welder with leading hand exposure who is looking for long-term job security in a thriving team environment. You will also:
Strong background in site based maintenance.Previous experience working as a Coded Welder within a process plant environmentA current & valid Manual 'C' Class drivers licence;Able to pass multiple weld tests to ASME IX/ AS3992 on a range of materials including carbon steel, various stainless steels, nickel alloys and titaniumAble to work in confined spaces, restricted areas and at heights; andHave a fundamental understanding of Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental procedures with a proactive approach to personal safety.
