Mindera Code Academy approaches technical education from the perspective of people involved in highly technical, agile organizations. Our purpose is to create accessible training for students that is tightly aligned with industry needs and agile methodology. Our US academy is recruiting instructors with skills in QA, Agile, Java, JavaScript, C#.
Whether the students are new to coding or looking to refine their skills, our expert-led programs are designed to meet them where they are and take them further.
These positions are based in Melbourne, Florida and will require on-site instruction as well as virtual instruction, online mentoring, and a strong understanding of remote working techniques. We want our students to learn all the tools our devs use, so the courses need to be as agile as your work practice.

Mindera Code Academy is looking to recruit enthusiastic developers with recent experience in front end, back end, full stack, quality assurance, and game development.
Key Responsibilities Read curricular documents, create new approaches for instruction of those objectives Work with students to understand and implement software development technical practices Strong understanding of general computer science concepts (from pseudo code to Object-Oriented Programming to debugging) Know agile methodology like the back of your hand Can model principles of remote and autonomous work in the classroom Great interpersonal communication skills Have built community in the tech sphere The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in front end, back end, game development, or quality assurance engineering Experience with Java and Springboot Experience with REST Experience with Relational Databases / SQL Experience with SOLID principles Experience with (Unit) Testing Experience with Build systems (Jenkins, Travis..) Experience with Unity or Unreal Strong interpersonal skills with excellent preparation & presentation skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent listening skills A strong team player Be based on the Space Coast of Florida, or be willing to travel for in person classes Pay scale range $35 - $57 an hour depending upon experience Additional Benefits Fantastic working environment built on the principles of lean and self-organization Fun, happy and politics-free work culture Continued education Bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
