This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced State Manager or someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the management of services throughout Western Australia with support from Service Managers/ Team Leaders/ DSWs.As a State Liaison Officer, you will be overseeing and leading operational teams, establishing and maintaining stakeholder engagement, and creating opportunities whilst ensuring services reflect participants' needs and deliver agreed outcomes for participants, their families, and the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring the services are managed in alignment to Cocoon SDA Care's Vision, Strategic Priorities, and participants' needs.Providing influential leadership, direction, and support to Service Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Staff.Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the Participants experience of our services, and providing an opportunity for improved brand awareness.Managing and overseeing the implementation of best practice evidence-based approaches to service delivery, particularly in relation to person-centered active support principles.Leading and managing the performance and development of all Managers and DSW staff to meet the day-to-day service delivery objectives and the strategic and operational objectives of Cocoon SDA Care.Managing state budgets and reporting to the National Liaison Officer.Key Selection Criteria:Bachelor's Degree in Disability Services or higher.Business Administration Qualification (highly desirable but not essential).Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.Effective time management skills and the ability to operate in a safe, fast-paced environment.Excellent knowledge of NDIS and the NDIA framework and STA, MTA, and SIL.Ability to work as part of a team within the ethos and values of Cocoon SDA Care.Current Positive Notice/Blue Card.Current Positive Exemption Notice/Yellow Card.Current Australian Driver's License.Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment, under the direction of Manager and independently as required.Willingness to understand and adapt to business transformation and organisational development.Digitally competent.If you have the passion for supporting individuals to understand their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
