Experience, Skills & Attributes: Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume venue Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task Time management skills Attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts Must obtain valid RSA Certificate Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
