We employ 300 staff at our Gillman head office and in our regional depots in Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie, Kadina, Clare, Berri and Victor Harbour. This network enables us to provide next-day express freight services to all South Australia (Metro and Regional), Broken Hill and Mildura.
Working out of our purpose-built modern facility in Kadina, we are currently searching for an experienced and qualified Truck Driver with a forklift licence to join our hard working and passionate team.
What will you be doing:
Loading, unloading and transporting freight Sorting freight into correct delivery runs Interacting with our customers during deliveries and pickups, whilst maintaining a professional customer service standard Conducting routine inspections of the truck and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel for repairs RF scanning About You:
Availability to work between Monday to Saturday, hours varying depending upon the business requirements Current MR or HR licence MR or HR experience Preferred forklift licence with experience Excellent driver with excellent driving records Basic knowledge of truck maintenance Ability to work unsupervised Competency with use of modern equipment (Touch screens/scanners) Able to work in a fast paced, customer focused team environment.
