About your new role… An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team (EQS). This is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to Installation, Servicing, QA, and Preventative Maintenance of CCEP's wide range of equipment. The role of the EQS Field & Workshop Service Team Manager is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by maximizing equipment uptime.

Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit. Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost. Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools. Contributing to team success. Actively participating in maintaining and developing technical skills. Let's talk about you… At least 3 years of previous experience in FMCG or similar industry controlling a field service team. Electrical Qualification with understanding of QLD Legislation. Business Systems Aptitude – SAP. Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Business administration and personal organization skills. Experience dealing with multiple priorities. Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross-functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Agile in ways of working and able to prioritize multiple initiatives/resources. Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
