About the role:
This diverse role works across two programs Country Wellness Connections and NDIS Support Coordination predominantly delivering psychosocial support to clients with episodic mental illness and connecting services to clients in meeting their individual goals. The role will provide a collaborative approach in assisting clients to build independence and coping skills to enhance their lives.

Completed or working towards Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability Studies / Community Services and/or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships. An understanding of the issues relating to mental health for people in rural and remote communities including the role of health providers. What's in it for you?
