headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12 -25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples' wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
The Administrative Officer is part of the broader administration team within CObH providing dedicated administrative support to our regional teams. About the role: Full-time Monday to Friday (75 hours per fortnight) Located at headspace Port Lincoln The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support that aids the delivery of various health programs, services and site activities. As the first point of contact, this role plays an important part in the client journey.
About You: Experience providing high level administrative support in a multi-disciplinary environment. Ability to adapt to different situations and handle unexpected challenges. Able to collaborate and develop relationships with various stakeholders. Exceptional client communication skills. Able to maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations. Ability to maintain meticulous records with precision and attention to detail. What's on offer? A supportive working environment, a great team with flexibility.
