Coastal Engineering Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Coastal Engineering Officer for a company based down in Rockingham. You'll receive a competitive hourly rate, and weekly pay from PERSOLKELLY. You'll also be provided with ongoing support and customer service from PERSOLKELLY throughout your contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and delivery of Marine Infrastructure and coastal management program.
Undertake condition inspections and maintenance of coastal facilities and infrastructure.
Undertake procurement activities including writing specifications, preparing quotations/tenders, and contract administration.
Liaise and negotiate with commercial operators about the use of marine infrastructure ensuring they meet structural limitations and conditions of use.
Liaise with stakeholders in relation to marine infrastructure and coastal engineering.

Qualifications:
In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:

Extensive experience in formulating, designing, and implementing coastal engineering inspections and works.
Substantial experience in management of coastal areas.
Demonstrated contract administration skills.
Experience in the preparation of tender scopes and request for quote documentation and technical specifications.
Sound experience in project management.
