Key Responsibilities Have skills around building staff capacity in a formalised coaching cycle Build staff knowledge and implementation of the teaching of reading Have a strong understanding of data interrogation to inform pedagogy Lead strong PLTs (Professional Learning Teams) to deliver and include the teaching of reading across all KLAs Be familiar with pedagogy appropriate to English V9 and their interrelationship in shaping the way English is taught Be committed to providing quality teaching outcomes for all students Minimum Requirements A relevant teaching qualification Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland Exemption card issued by Blue Card Services for teachers working in Education and Care Services Successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification for pre-service/graduate teachers How to apply: Please note: If you are a Permanent Teacher with the Department of Education, you must have your current Principal's endorsement to apply for this position.
