UBX Graceville is looking for a coach to join our award-winning team! We recently won 2024 Brisbane's Best Gym – so you will be joining a crew that is known for their excellence in service delivery and building on our unique culture.
The basics: 15-20 hours per weekAvailable for morning shifts 5.30am-10am Monday – Thursday, or Friday Morning 5.30am-10am. Some Saturdays 7am-10am – this is shared across all coaches.Experience in boxing, holding pads, coaching beginners to experienced.Experienced in Strength coaching, must hold a Cert 4 or above and Blue CardHigh positive energy, able to manage the energy of the clubTeachable – be able to learn the UBX coaching systemAble to host a Free Trial session for new clients – be personable and make people feel comfortable when they are entering a new environment, talk about their goals and how UBX can help them get thereRead the room – check members are using equipment correctly and safely, and if they feel they are able to be pushed on weights to encourage them to choose a higher weight – notice who needs 'spotting', who you feel is losing interest and talk to owners, etc.You are welcome to come in for a session with us to see if our club is a good fit for you and vice versa. We are looking to recruit this person immediately.
