Each program provides a building block upon which children can improve their game and their character. More than just a game, we see Grasshopper soccer as a valuable addition to children's learning.
Job description As a Grasshopper Soccer coach/ head coach you will primarily support the Grasshopper Soccer area manager to help facilitate our fun children's soccer development programs.
Our Term 2, 2024 is already starting during the weekend. Coaches need to be available on Saturday (Point Cook ) and Sunday (Tarneit) morning from 9.30am to 11.45 am
Alternative 1 hour is available on Friday At Werribee location from 4:20pm to 5:20pm
Your key responsibilities will include;
· Running & follow our proven weekly programs for children in specific age groups from 4-12 years of age
· Setting up/ packing away the training area
· Liaising with other coaches
· Speaking with parents
· Interacting and coaching children
About you
You enjoy sports and are passionate about working with children. You see the importance and benefits of children participating in sport at a young age. You engage and build rapport easily with young people and parents alike. You understand the importance of a community spirit.
In addition, you also possess;
· Love to work and teach children.
· Be able to be a big kid & have fun
· Are reliable
You live in the area , West Melbourne
· Commitment to an 8 week program
· A police check and working with children's card
· Access to own transport and
· A bright, bubbly & outgoing personality.
