Mill Park Oppprtunity to join one of Australias fastest growing municipalities and ensure the Ageing Well team are delivering services that more than meet the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards As the Co-ordinator of Quality and Compliance your responsibiities will include: Liaising with senior managers of the Division, community members, service providers Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies, processes and compliance measures identify areas for improvement and recommend updates to enhance efficiency Provide training and guidance to staff members Generate clear and concise reports as required To be succesful in this role you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or a relevant field A current Victorian Drivers Licence Proven experience in reviewing policies in healthcare or Aged Care Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices For more information please call Lisa Williams on 9828 6565
