About the role We are delighted to announce that we are on the lookout for a talented Inventory Coordinator scheduler to join our Supply Chain team based at our Kalgoorlie Explosives Reserves plant .
The Inventory Coordinator will operate on a 5 and 2 roster.
The Coordinator will work closely alongside our manufacturing teams, third party logistics and distribution companies, and provide accurate and up to date information.
What you will be doing Running daily and weekly Supply Chain reports in SAP to ensure stock accuracy and reconciliation Daily coordination with sites and third-party logistics providers Monitoring "Stock in Transit" ensuring it is always at an acceptable level Liaising with Customer Service Representatives Updating additional freight charges weekly Managing invoicing process for all regional freight providers Processing redirected deliveries and liaising with sites Monitoring shared Inbox queries and Correcting documentation in SAP.
