You will be responsible for the delivery of emergency management and business continuity training, exercise scheduling including warden training, compliance and provide support to the Emergency Management Manager for response activities.Classification for this position will range from A051-A055 (base salary $92,856.40 to $102,653.20 per annum, plus superannuation).What you'll achieve:Work with the Emergency Management team to develop, deliver and support the emergency management and business continuity functions.Plan, schedule and conduct routine emergency management exercises on behalf of the Department.Schedule, manage and administer the emergency management program including zone warden training, response exercises (drills) and the compliance database to ensure RCH staff have the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake the zone warden role.Your skills and experienceCertificate IV in Assessment and Training (TAE40116 or equivalent).Relevant tertiary qualification in emergency management or business continuity.Experience in emergency management and/or business continuity and in conducting training and education programs.Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.If this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.About the DepartmentThe RCH Emergency Management and Business Continuity department plays a key role in supporting teams across the hospital to develop and manage their Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ensuring that our critical services continue during unforeseen disruptions.
