About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Digital Content Producer to join our Strategy and Creative team. In this role, you will produce high-quality video, photography, and graphic design content for a variety of clients. You'll work in a fast-paced, creative environment, collaborating on diverse projects and helping bring stories to life. Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
Pre-production: Coordinate shot lists, scheduling, talent, and location scouting. Production: Operate cameras, manage lighting setups, and capture audio. Post-production: Edit video, mix audio, and apply colour grading to create polished final content. Photography:
Production: Capture high-quality photos for campaigns, events, product launches, and other media. Post-production: Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal. Graphic Design:
Follow briefs to create engaging designs across various digital formats. Assist the design team with project rollouts and asset creation. Ensure all final video, photo, and graphic content meets high production standards and is delivered on time. Digital Content:
Stay updated on trends in digital content formats, distribution platforms, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with the team to develop fresh, innovative content ideas. Ensure all content aligns with editorial and brand guidelines. General:
Take on additional tasks within the scope of the role as needed. Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in planning, shooting, and editing video and photography content. Strong understanding of social media platforms and the best formats for each (e.g., Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Skilled in using digital content to tell engaging stories and evoke emotion. Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality content across multiple formats. Familiar with the latest trends in digital content and emerging technologies. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animation using After Effects or similar programs. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Personal Attributes:
