As part of our next exciting growth phase, we're looking for a dynamic co-founder to help us thrive as we build and transform. What you'll do: Lead new business development efforts, bringing in new clients and opportunities. Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Ensure the highest quality of work, contributing to the creative process and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Be an important part of building our staff roster and expanding our network of talent.

What we're looking for: A self-starter with at least 10 years of relevant marketing agency experience. A degree in marketing (or related field) and a strong understanding of integrated marketing. A leader who values diversity, collaboration, and innovative thinking. Someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creative excellence.
