As we aim to bootstrap to a sustainable revenue level before seeking investment, we're looking for a Co-Founder & Head of Business Development to lead client acquisition, generate revenue, and drive our go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Achieve:Build the Client Base & Generate Revenue: Lead founder-led sales to engage and close deals with early customers, driving growth in a lean startup environment.Organic Marketing & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a cost-effective brand-led marketing strategy to raise awareness and create demand without a big ad budget.Shape Our Brand: Help define what our public presence looks like—from creating our logo, building our website, and crafting the go-to-market approach, your vision will shape our brand from the ground up.Bootstrap to Investment: Help grow the company to a revenue level where we can attract investment or secure enough revenue to scale.Direct Impact on Growth: You'll be instrumental in driving revenue and helping ByteSized AI reach the next stage of growth.What I'm Looking For:We're seeking a driven entrepreneurial partner who can work part-time while having the availability to engage with customers during business hours. You'll ideally have a steady income source while building something meaningful for yourself. Experience in SaaS sales, B2B marketing, and go-to-market strategies is essential, as you'll be hands-on in driving the company's success.
