Co2 Leader of Pedagogy - St Peter's Primary Port Macquarie________________________________________________________
Applicants must: have a current NSW Working with Children Checkfull accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)Teachers who are appointed to a leadership position, whether new to the position or applying to be re-appointed, should have begun, or will begin to make a commitment to the requirements of the diocese Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead document, Category C (Category E for positions of Catechesis and School Evangelisation), during this next triennium cycle.
To be eligible to apply for a (Co2) position, a teacher would normally be a full-time permanent teacher classified Step 2 Proficient on the Teachers Standards Classification.
Each teacher in a leadership position (Co2) will participate in an ongoing performance review in accordance with the Diocesan Policy & Procedures for Performance Review of Coordinators.
Key Capabilities: Successful applicants in this position would need to meet the following criteria:
Experience and willingness to authentically lead Catholic MissionDemonstrated capacity to develop one's self as a leaderCapacity and skills to lead others to enable success for all studentsAbility to lead learning and change for improved student outcomesCapacity to lead inclusive and responsive practicesAbility to manage effectivelyYour application should address the above criteria.
A Parish Priest Reference Form is required for applicants who are shortlisted in the roles of Religious Education or School Evangelisation positions for positions over 12 months.
