The CompanyOur client, based in Bayswater, is looking for a Machine Operator to grow within their team and expand on their existing skills.
They supply a diverse range of interior acoustic products to markets all over the world, featuring walls and ceilings to customised screens.
With their focus being on sustainability, they manufacture using fibers made from recycled materials!
Responsibilities and DutiesYou will be responsible for the operation of a CNC router (ART XR2000) and a waterjet cutting system.
Prior experience and safety awareness of the waterjet process is essential.
Prior experience programming 2D machines is a bonus but not essential.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will HaveA strong mechanical aptitudeCNC Router ExperienceWater jet experienceExperience programming 2D machines is a bonusA great eye for detail and high level of problem-solvingThe ability to adhere to strict OH&S guidelines and proceduresStrong communication skillsThe ability to work closely within a team and across various departmentsHours & Pay RateDay shift hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
Pay rate $53 per hour + super
