For the successful CNC Programmer, our client is offering:
Up to £17.02 per hour (PAYE) Rotating Shifts - 06:00-14:00 Mon - Fri / 14:00-23:00 Mon-Thurs, 14:00-18:00 Fri Competitive salary dependent on experience 33 Days holiday entitlement per annum including Bank Holidays The role - CNC Programmer:
The ability to read and work from engineering drawings Working with CNC Machinery Manufacturing parts using CNC Lathes Machining centres on Mazak and Moriseiki machines Programming and setting CNC Machinery Must be able to understand existing CNC programs and create new ones using Mazatrol, Fanuc controls Inputting G-Codes into CNC Machinery Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have a good eye for detail to check your own work What our client is looking for in a CNC Programmer:
HNC/NVQ/City and Guilds in Engineering or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role ESSENTIAL Ability to read engineering drawings ESSENTIAL Experience programming CNC Machinery ESSENTIAL Ability to manufacture parts using CNC Lathes Key skills or similar Job titles: CNC Setter, CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, Lathes, Mazak Machines, Moriseiki machines, CNC Machinist, CNC Turner, Fanuc controls
