Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.
Set up machines, load and unload materials, and perform necessary adjustments.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain accuracy.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Operator Fitter & Turner Qualifications Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and techniques.
Knowledge of metals and their properties Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain focussed when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety procedures and practices.
