About the Role The Service Manager will lead daily operations of our successful workshop team, with a focus on customer service, quality, collaboration, and values-based performance. The Service Manager will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promote employee engagement, and be an influential part of the CMI Toyota Christies Beach management team.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead a values-based performance culture aligned with our values (Safety First, Do the Right Thing, Ask the Question, Can Do, Mutual Respect) Manage day-to-day operations of the service department Enhance workshop productivity and efficiencies Ensure exceptional customer service Conduct daily service KPI reports from the TUNE system for productivity, efficiencies, gross profit from labour sales, etc. Proactively monitor and maintain WHS Standards Meet all manufacturer and internal based targets Skills & Experience Comprehensive knowledge of automotive service operations Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Good mechanical aptitude Sound computer skills Benefits Fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop Influential management role with a reputable SA brand and business State-of-the-art dealership and facilities Various professional development opportunities, employee engagement activities, events, and networks How to apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter about how your skills and experience will help you achieve the objectives of this role.
