The Opportunity:
Collaborate closely with the finance team of 6 people, supporting key functions like payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Deliver timely, insightful financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while forecasting cash flow for the company and its sites. Lead the charge in reviewing and enhancing financial systems, procedures, policies, and costs to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Champion robust internal controls and cash flow management systems to ensure smooth operations. Take ownership of compliance matters, including income tax, GST, FBT, superannuation, and audits, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow as CMTP continues to grow. Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) and undertaking or completed CPA/CA. Minimum 2 years accounting experience. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail. Desire to improve processes and an innovative approach to problem-solving. A strong work ethic and a 'make it happen' approach. How to Apply:
