This position offers an 8/6 roster for 12 months in duration. Key Responsibilities will include:Ensures compliance with Contractor Management System Provide coaching to Contractor Leaders on Prestart information and Leadership in the field elementsSupports contractor to manage incidents in line with RTIO guidanceSupports contractor to work through project operations readiness items CRM participation and quality through coaching and own performanceProvides regular feedback through the CMS PortalAudits equipment for compliance with Pro track Equipment Inspection guidelinesAudits personnel for compliance with mandatory qualificationsAudits tracking sheetsDrive continuous improvement in safety in alignment with the Safety Maturity ModelSkills & Experience Required: Understanding of project management and supporting frameworkKnowledge of the project study phase and executing planning, project strategy and stakeholder engagementRio Tinto Iron Ore contractor management experience desirableProject Management and experience within Earthworks Experience working for Rio Tinto or BHP in Project Advisor rolesWA C class drivers licenceAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
