About the role The F&I Manager is part of an experienced and collaborative team, working alongside the New and Used Sales departments to deliver finance and insurance solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a motivated and driven collaborator with excellent negotiation skills, who prides themselves on delivering world-class customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities Exceptional customer service and people skills. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with acute attention to detail. The confidence to build and foster strong relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a high level of product knowledge. Skills & Experience Proven F&I sales experience in the automotive industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and enthusiastic presentation. Results-driven and customer-centric approach. Able to use Microsoft Office and software programs. Driver's licence required.
