Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Cluster Retail Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking an experienced manager with a passion for leadership and retail operations to join our team.
As the successful candidate, your key responsibilities will include leading the Retail and Ayers Rock Designs team in produce presentation and merchandising, driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met.
You will also be responsible for the daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans.
Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers will be a top priority, and you will be expected to maintain compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
The highlight of being a Retail Manager is the ability to oversee and manage all aspects of the retail multi-site outlet operations including the opportunity to lead a team and make strategic decisions to drive success and profitability for the business.
The shops which you will oversee are: IGA Supermarket Shell Service Station Retail Warehouse Ayers Rock Designs Airport Souvenir Shop Shirt Shope OZ Collections Hairdresser Souvenir Shop (located in the airport) The Best Part So much!
