Cluster Operations Manager

Position: Cluster Operations Manager Location: Country Victoria, 1 hour outside of Melbourne Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of 120+ rooms within the cluster. Experienced rooms' operator, leading the rooms division. Manage F&B operations with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency. Manage events and wedding functions, ensuring seamless execution. Direct restaurant operations to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction. Demonstrate commercial acumen by working with budgets and implementing cost control measures. Report directly to the COO, providing updates on performance and initiatives. Qualifications: Strong background in rooms division management within the hospitality industry.
F&B expertise with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Experience in managing events and restaurant operations.
Ability to work with budgets and demonstrate financial prudence.
