We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our ACT and NSW regions.
This is a great opportunity if you have previous retail Cluster Management experience wanting to demonstrate your drive and initiative.

A little about Black Pepper's Cluster Manager role: Reporting to the Area Manager, you as Black Pepper's Cluster Manager  (ACT/NSW) will be supporting our ACT stores (Belconnen and Woden) and NSW stores on an ad hoc basis (Bowral, Nowra, Merimbula and Batemans Bay).
You as our Cluster Manager will be based in the Belconnen store primarily to provide guidance to your team and for your Store Managers.
What will you do as our Cluster Manager?
You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the Black Pepper stores in their region in line with the business strategy to maximise profitable sales.
This role involves: Overseeing 6 stores to provide a level of customer interaction that goes beyond the sale, excellent people management, visual merchandise management and the effective control of inventory Developing and implementing tactical plans, providing the leadership necessary to deliver outstanding customer service through driving, coaching and mentoring your team Leading a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by recommending strategies to improve performance across sales, staff, stock & systems Performance Management through achieving goal setting and KPI targets.
Ensure staff are aware, supported and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs Nurturing the growth & development of your direct reports to create a talent pipeline within our retail network Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets Managing any escalated store or customer complaints if need be, ensuring they're dealt with promptly and professionally Be confident managing all aspects of the employee life-cycle Assistance with recruitment We're looking for someone that has: Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team, with expert knowledge of KPIs Great people management skills; a thorough understanding of performance management An ability to analyse data, act efficiently and make calculated business decisions Interest in thinking 'outside the box' to improve and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of our market A passion for customers, and ability to organise and engage in internal and external eventing  Good active listening skills, provide inclusive and supportive environment for the team and peers  The ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency Availability to work a Monday-Friday roster .
