We are looking for our new Cluster Business Manager to oversee and optimise our M.J. Bale operations at Wintergarden Brisbane. This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, building and maintaining a high-performing team and increasing our overall performance within our retail space. We are looking for a dedicated individual who comes from a background of multi-site store management and someone who understands 'The M.J. Bale customer'. This role will involve people leadership & team development, recruitment, driving multi-store performance, stock management and visual merchandising.
